Please ensure all returned products remain in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email or visit one of our physical stores with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the process.

  Carefully pack the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship to Father Rabbit

  Send your parcel using a tracked courier service to our return address; please note that shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  Quality Check and Resolution

  Once received and inspected by our team, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 3-5 business days.
